i noticed i've got a small dent and cracks in the paint of my board and worried they might run deeper. i put nail polish on them for a quick fix sort of thing, do ye think that'll last or should i get it properly repaired just in case? it's an epoxy board |

Well, one way to know if the glass has cracks in it is: after a surf, bring the board inside, wipe it down dry with a towel or something and put the board next to a radiator so that the damaged area is exposed to the warm air. Leave it there for a day or so. Then look for any dried salt spots around the cracks. Dried salt means thet the water got into the foam and thus better be properly repaired. The nail polish might be a bit of a problem though. |
